By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Production & Dispatch: Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) and Embroidery-on-Demand model, every garment is freshly crafted exclusively for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for production and dispatch.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location after dispatch.
• Tracking: Once your crafted order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. However, if you are not completely satisfied:

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number.
• Defective Items: Our DTF prints and embroidery undergo strict quality checks. In the rare case of receiving a defective or damaged product, we will offer a free replacement. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim defects.

3. Privacy Policy

• We only collect information necessary to process your order (Name, Address, Email, Phone Number).
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party agencies for marketing purposes.
• Payment processing is secured by encrypted, industry-standard gateways.
